Scope of this policy
The rules below apply to paid offerings such as structured advisory sessions, group workshops, and digital packs sold together with a service. They do not restrict your statutory rights as a consumer where those rights cannot be waived.
Cooling-off and statutory withdrawal
Where EU consumer protection law grants a fourteen-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts, you may cancel within that period unless you have asked us to begin the service during the cooling-off period and acknowledged that you would lose the full right once performance started. If a session was scheduled at your request inside the fourteen days, the specific terms in your order confirmation describe the outcome for any fee already captured.
Scheduled sessions
For individual appointments, you may reschedule or cancel without charge when you give notice at least forty-eight hours before the agreed start time. Cancellations inside forty-eight hours may be credited toward a future date once per calendar year or handled as described in your written confirmation if different.
Digital materials
Downloadable files are treated as delivered once you access them. If a file is corrupted or inaccessible, we will provide a replacement link or an equivalent resource at no additional cost once you report the issue with a short description and, if available, a screenshot or error code.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when technically possible. Card networks and banks may take several business days to display the credit. We do not control intermediary fees charged by financial institutions; those amounts may not be refundable.
Bespoke projects
Custom research or branded workshop design may require a deposit. Deposits compensate for calendar reservation and preparatory work. If you terminate the project after we have begun substantive delivery, the written project agreement states which portions remain billable.
Chargebacks and disputes
If you initiate a card chargeback, we may pause further service until the dispute is resolved. We encourage you to email us first so we can correct genuine billing errors quickly.
Personal data in refund requests
To verify ownership of an order we process names, contact details, and transaction references as described in our privacy policy. We retain records as required by accounting rules.
How to request help
Email assist@lifeluminouship.world with your name, order reference, and a concise summary. We acknowledge most messages within two business days and aim to conclude refund reviews within fourteen calendar days unless a payment partner requests more time.
